For example, those who deposit MS Word or MS Excel documents, the staff of the Thailand Agricultural Research Repository (TARR) will convert them to PDF before disseminating to the website, etc.

All submissions shall be predefined by certain level of copyrights according to an open license of Creative Commons. The owners or host organizations are liable to specify the license terms.
