บทคัดย่อ: งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ รวบรวมข้อมูลอาหารไทยสี่ภาค ออกแบบและจัดทำระบบฐานข้อมูลอาหารไทยสี่ภาคเผยแพร่ ผ่านระบบเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ต และเพื่อดำเนินการถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีระบบฐานข้อมูลอาหารไทยสี่ภาค ขั้นตอนการวิจัยเริ่มต้นจากการศึกษา ข้อมูลการรวบรวมรายชื่ออาหารไทยสี่ภาค ได้แก่ ภาคเหนือ ภาคอีสาน ภาคกลางและภาคใต้ คัดเลือกข้อมูลที่เหมาะสม จัดทำอาหารพร้อมทั้งถ่ายภาพอาหาร วัตถุดิบ อุปกรณ์ ออกแบบและจัดทำโครงสร้างฐานข้อมูล ออกแบบระบบงานคอมพิวเตอร์ พัฒนาโปรแกรม ติดตั้งโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พร้อมนำเข้าข้อมูล ทดสอบระบบ จัดทำเอกสารการใช้งาน และเผยแพร่ฐานข้อมูลผ่านเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ต ผลการวิจัย ได้ข้อมูลอาหารไทยสี่ภาค จำนวนสี่หมวด แบ่งการประกอบเป็น 20 ประเภท รายชื่ออาหาร 401 รายการ แบ่งเป็นอาหารที่ไม่มีตำรับ 293 รายการ ตำรับอาหาร 108 ตำรับ วัตถุดิบ 138 รายการ และอุปกรณ์สำหรับการเตรียมทำ และเสริฟ 39 รายการผู้สนใจข้อมูลสามารถสืบค้นข้อมูลได้จากเว็บไซต์ http ://www.thaicuisinenetwork.com"
บทคัดย่อ (EN): The purposes of this resarch were to collect the data about Thai cuisine from four regions, to design and implement database about Thai cuisine and transfer on internet and to transfer the technological database about Thai cuisine from four regions. The research process involved studying data, collecting the lists of regional thai cuisine: the North, Northeast, Central and Southern, collecting the information about food recipes, materials and tools, choosing the appropriate data, taking food pictures, materials and tools, designing and implementing web database, creating computer system, developing computer system, installing computer software in order to input data, testing the system and transferring web database on internet. The result was found that regional Thai cuisine web database was divided into 4 categories, 21 kinds of cooking methods, 293 data of food with recipes, 108 data of food without recipes, 138 items of materials, and 39 items of tools for preparing and serving food. interested persons could reach our information about Thai cuisine from four regions at http://www.thaicuisinenetwork.com
