บทคัดย่อ (EN): The objective of this study was to determine the post-thaw motility and viability of Hmong Black-Bone chicken (n=8) spermatozoa compared to Barr Plymouth Rock (n=10) and Thai native (Pradu Hong Dam)chicken (n=10). Semen samples of each cock were suspended at 1x108 cell/mL in Scharmm diluent (containing 6% DMF at final concentration)Sperm suspension was then loaded into 0.5 ml plastic straws and freezen by simple vapour method. Semen straws were thawed at 5o C, sperm motility was assessed by computer assisted sperm analysis (CASA) and sperm viability was evaluated by staining with propidium iodide and SYBER green. The results showed that freezability of Hmong Black-Bone chicken spermatozoa was similar to Barr Plymouth Rockand Thai native (Pradu Hong Dam) chicken and showed that freezability individual cocks.
