บทคัดย่อ (EN): A study includes two trials was conducted to examine yield and latex physiological parameters on various tapping systems of d3 and d4 combine with latex stimulation of clone PB 260 at Southeast region, Vietnam, Experiments were carried out at two rubber companies Dau Tieng Rubber Co Ltd and Dong Phu Join stock Rubber Company. Each experiment had 8 treatments involving tapping frequencies of d3 and d4 in combination with 4 stimulated frequencies (0, 4, 6, 8 stimulations per year at DauTieng and 0, 2, 4, 6 stimulations per year at Dong Phu). Result from two trials showed that stimulated tretments produced higher yield (g/t/t: gram/tapping) than non – stimulated treatments. Individual yields (g/t/t) of d4 treatments were higher than those of d3 treatments on both trials ; however the mean yield (Kg/ha/year) over tapping years of d4 was lower than those of d3 because of lesser number of tappings. Remarkably the highest production (kg/ha/year) of d4 treatments was obtained from the treatment combined with 6 rounds of stimulation per year and it was equivalent with those of d3 treatments. The tapping system of d4 saved labour because it had lesser of number of tappings per year than d3. Latex physiological parameters were recorded from all treatments of these trials showed that there was not a different in effect of various tapping systems on activity of the laticiferous system. Rate of tapping panel dryness grew up lightly on all treatments after years of tapping.
