บทคัดย่อ (EN): This research was conducted in applying media conversion technology to be data files and presented in audio form by sending via radio frequency signals between 80 MHz to 108 MHz in order to increase the alternatives for data presenting to audience. In this case, the receivers required no more investment, but easily sent to individuals by using tools and communication devices used in the present. The principles used in the study were creating the circuit voltage regulation, converting MP3 data files into radio signal form and trying to receive 3 types of voice signals in mobile phone group. There were 2 experimental cases: no obstacle and with barriers or obstacles. The transmission distances were 22 and 16 meters respectively, which can be used well. Applying the small radio transmitters for personal voice media can be continually Developed to provide real time by adding the technology to transmit and receive signals directly in order to expand wider usability scope.
