บทคัดย่อ (EN): Cordyceps fungus or commonly known as the cordyceps is a fungus that causes disease to insects can create cordycepic acid or cordycepin, which can be used as a medicine. Culture Cordyceps militalis (golden cordyceps) on silkworms carried out in the year 2017-2019 at The Queen Sirikit of Sericulture Center (Khon Kaen), found that the golden cordyceps that grow on jasmine rice + supplement food (control) will had the most stroma followed by the golden cordyceps that grow on autoclave pupa. Golden cordyceps that grow on sterilized silk worms with food supplement Golden cordyceps had grown on sterilized silkworms Golden cordyceps that rise on silkworms with food supplements and the golden cordyceps that live on the fresh pupa, respectively. The golden cordyceps that grow on the sterilized pupa have the best stroma length and weight. While the results of the determination of cordycepin and adenosine active substances using HPLC-UV method, the golden cordyceps that appeared on jasmine rice with dietary supplements had the lowest 2 types of important substances.
