บทคัดย่อ (EN): Thrift and Credit Cooperatives were set up by a group of people to lend their helping hands to one another in terms of economy by enhancing members to know how to save money and giving them loans for spending in needy situations. This kind of cooperative is a financial institute which differs from other kinds of cooperatives. It deducts stock dividend as well as liabilities from members’ salary. Due to various occupational groups that were formed as thrift and credit cooperatives, number of members and operating capital vary accordingly. Some thrift and credit cooperatives manage their capital with share capital and deposits where as some who have not enough capital must ask for a loan to facilitate their members as a whole. The examples of sub-occupational groups are as follows; Teachers, Universities, Other Governmental Organizations, police, Military, Hospitals/Public Health, State Enterprises, Private Organizations and others. The Financial Information of Thrift and Credit Cooperatives is a part of data analysis derived from its performance and Financial Condition of Thrift and Credit Cooperatives throughout the country in the year 2019 as of 30 September 2019. The number of Thrift and Credit Cooperatives (excluding Cooperative federation) conducting business, not conducting business and stopping conducting business is 1,375 in total with 3.33 million members. Most of them are successful with the net profit of 1,344 cooperatives equivalent to 97.74% of the whole amount of cooperatives. The total asset is 2.81 trillion Bath increasing 6.84% from the year 2018.
