บทคัดย่อ: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาของเกษตรกรกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนผลิตปุ๋ย บ้านไทรนอง อําเภอท่าใหม่ จังหวัดจันทบุรี ซึ่งประกอบไปด้วยการวิเคราะห์และแก้ปัญหาการบริหาร จัดการเพื่อสร้างความเข้มแข็งและยั่งยืนของชุมชน ศึกษาและจัดหาเครื่องอบเม็ดปุ๋ยที่เหมาะสม เพื่อแก้ปัญหาในการตากเม็ดปุ๋ยทําให้เกิดการเพิ่มกําลังผลิต และปัญหาการไม่มีบรรจุภัณฑ์ ที่เป็นมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยทําให้ทราบถึงประวัติชุมชนการรวมกลุ่มของชุมชน จัดให้มีโครงสร้าง การบริหารจัดการที่เป็นระบบ มีการนําหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงและการวิเคราะห์ปัจจัย สู่ความสําเร็จในการดําเนินธุรกิจเพื่อสร้างความเข็มแข็งและยั่งยืนของชุมชน จัดหาเครื่องอบเม็ดปุ๋ย ที่เหมาะสม เพื่อแก้ปัญหาในการตากเม็ดปุ๋ยทําให้เกิดการเพิ่มกําลังผลิต การปรับปรุงโดยเพิ่ม เครื่องอบปุ๋ย พบว่าเวลาการทํางานลดลงจากเดิม คือ 155.5 ชั่วโมง เหลือเพียง 38.8 ชั่วโมง ลดลง 116.7 ชั่วโมง การวิเคราะห์เชิงเศรษฐศาสตร์วิศวกรรม พบว่าจุดคุ้มทุนจะอยู่ที่การผลิต 17,735.29 กิโลกรัม/ปี และสามารถคืนทุนได้ภายใน 4 เดือน ออกแบบและจัดหาบรรจุภัณฑ์ ที่เป็นของชุมชน เก็บข้อมูลความพึงพอใจในบรรจุภัณฑ์ พบว่าระดับความพึงพอใจภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.7379 การพิจารณาเป็นรายข้อ มีค่าคะแนนอยู่ระหว่าง 3.44 - 4.05
บทคัดย่อ (EN): The objective of this research is to aid the farmers of Baan Sai Nong located in Thamai district, Chanthaburi, whose community has operated the production of fertilizer. This mainly consists of the analysis and solving management- related problems and obstacles they may encounter in order to strengthen and achieve a high level of sustainability within the community. Also there is a need to obtain a suitable fertilizer drying-machine that could eliminate problems of drying time which, in return, enhances the productivity and reduce the problem of the substandard- packaging. The research has yielded the result which details the background of the community, its unity and systematic management practice in which is based on the self- sufficiency economic principles and there is an analysis of the key factors that lead to the successful business. The provision of appropriate fertilizer dryer will eliminate the problems associated with drying the fertilizer by reducing processing time from 155.5 hours to only 38.8 hours. After conducting the engineering economic analysis found that the break-even point is at 17,735.29 kg per year and the return of investment is within 4 months. The design and its package use the materials that can be found locally. After collecting the data regarding the satisfaction of the packaging has found that the satisfactory level is high with the average value of 3.7379 and when considering the individual item the value is varied between 3.44 to 4.05.
