บทคัดย่อ: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์และอำนาจการทำนายพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงต่อการเกิดอุบัติเหตุจากการทำงานของคนงานโรงงานแปรรูปไม้ยางพารา กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ คนงานเลื่อยไม้จำนวน 270 คน ซึ่งปฏิบัติงานในแผนกเลื่อยไม้ โรงงานแปรรูปไม้ยางพาราจำนวน 6 โรงงานใน เขตจังหวัดระยอง ซึ่งสุ่มแบบเป็นระบบ เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์ ซึ่งผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นตรวจสอบความตรงโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 5 ท่าน ความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถามด้านความรู้เกี่ยวกับการป้องกันการเกิดอุบัติเหตุจากการทำงาน ทัศนคติต่อการป้องกันการเกิดอุบัติเหตุจากการทำงานและพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงต่อการเกิดอุบัติเหตุจากการทำงานคือ .78, .72 และ .78 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปสถิติทางสังคมศาสตร์ สถิติบรรยายได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ส่วนสถิติที่ใช้อ้างอิงได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยด้านการได้รับการอบรมเรื่องการป้องกันการเกิดอุบัติเหตุจากการทำงาน การได้รับการสนับสนุนอุปกรณ์ป้องกันอันตรายส่วนบุคคล ประสบการณ์การทำงานและประสบการณ์การได้รับอุบัติเหตุจากการทำงานมีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงต่อการเกิดอุบัติเหตุจากการทำงานอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการป้องกันการเกิดอุบัติเหตุจากการทำงานและทัศนคติต่อการป้องกันการเกิดอุบัติเหตุจากการทำงานมีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบกับพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงต่อการเกิดอุบัติเหตุจากการทำงานอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยปัจจัยทั้งสองสามารถร่วมกันทำนายพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงต่อการเกิดอุบัติเหตุจากการทำงานได้ร้อยละ 15.2 สามารถเขียนสมการทำนายพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงต่อการเกิดอุบัติเหตุจากการทำงานในรูปคะแนนดิบได้ดังนี้ พฤติกรรม = 44.676-0.795 (ความรู้) -0.181 (ทัศนคติ)
บทคัดย่อ (EN): The purpose of this study was to examine factors related to and prediction of risk behaviors on occupational accident in sawn rubbers wood Industry workers on Rayong Province. The sample consisted of 204 workers from 6 sawn rubbers wood industry located in Rayong province. Research instruments developed by the researcher were interview forms concerning the knowledge about prevention of occupational accident, attitude toward prevention of occupational accident, attitude toward prevention of occupational accident and risk behaviors on prevention of occupational accident. These research instruments were examined for content validity by five experts and their reliability were .79, .72 and .78, respectively. The data were analyzed by using Statiscal Package for Social Science. Descriptive statustucs including frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation were used to present data. Stepwise multiple regression was used as a regerence to predict resk behaviors from selected factors, including the knowledge about prevention of occupational accident, attitude toward prevention of occupational accident, being trianed on prevention of occupational accident, experienced workers ans having previous experience on work-related injury. The results suggested that factors involving being trianed in prevention of occupational accidents, receiving personal protection equipment, having work experiences, and having experiences in occupational accidents had no statistically correlation with the risk behaviors to occupational accidents(p>.05). The knowledge and the attitude toward prevention of occupational accidens had the negative relation to the risk behaviors on occupational accidents approximately 15.20% by using the formula as the following: Behavior = 44.679-0.795(knowledge) - 0.181 (Attitude).
