บทคัดย่อ:	ไวรัสคอกซากี บี จัดอยู่ใน Genus Enterovirus จำแนกออกเป็น 6 ซีโรทัยป์ ซึ่งก่อให้เกิดอาการกล้ามเนื้อหัวใจอักเสบ เยื่อหุ้มหัวใจอักเสบ อาการเจ็บในช่องอก ตับอ่อนอักเสบและเบาหวานจากไวรัส ทารกที่ติดเชื้อผ่านมารดาจะมีอันตรายถึงแก่ชีวิต ฝ่ายไวรัสระบบทางเดินอาหาร สถาบันวิจัยวิทยาศาสตร์สาธารณสุข ได้สำรวจความชุกของแอนติบอดีต่อ Coxsackie B Virus โดยตรวจวิเคราะห์ซีรั่มผู้ป่วยที่ส่งตรวจในระหว่างปี พ.ศ. 2557 -2561 จำนวน 459 ตัวอย่าง ด้วยวิธี microneutralization จากผลการวิเคราะห์พบจำนวนซีรั่มที่ตรวจไม่พบแอนติบอดีต่อไวรัสคอกซากี บีทุกซีโรทัยป์คิดเป็นร้อยละ 10.24 จำนวนซีรั่มที่พบแอนติบอดีต่อไวรัสคอกซากี บีหนึ่งซีโรทัยป์คิดเป็นร้อยละ 16.78 โดยพบเป็นแอนติบอดีต่อไวรัสคอกซากี บี4 มากที่สุดคิดเป็นร้อยละ 68.13 ของกลุ่มตัวอย่างดังกล่าว ในขณะที่ พบมีจำนวนตัวอย่างมากที่สุดที่ตรวจพบแอนติบอดีต่อไวรัสคอกซากี บี พร้อมกัน 5 ซีโรทัยป์คิดเป็นร้อยละ 19.83 ของจำนวนตัวอย่างทั้งหมดซึ่งในกลุ่มนี้มีแอนติบอดีต่อไวรัสคอกซากี บี4 เป็นซีโรทัยป์ร่วมด้วย จากข้อมูลดังกล่าว จะเห็นได้ว่า แอนติบอดีจำเพาะต่อไวรัสคอกซากี บี4 พบเป็นจำนวนมาก คิดเป็นร้อยละ 78.65 ซึ่งเป็นชนิดแอนติบอดีที่พบมากที่สุดในการศึกษานี้ Coxsackie viruses B (CVB) belong to the genus Enterovirus which are a group of 6 serotypes. These viruses are the most common agent for myocarditis, pericarditis, pleurodynia, pancreatitis and diabetes. The babies who catch the virus from Their mothers during delivery is frequently fatal. Enteric Virus section, National Institute of Health has investigated the anti-CVB antibodies in 459 patient serum specimens in Thailand during 2017 –2018 by micro neutralization test. About 10.24% of serum specimens had no anti-CVB antibodies against serotypes. A specific serotype anti-CVB antibodies were found in 16.78% and anti-CVB4 specific antibodies were the most common among this group (68.13%). While anti-CVB antibodies against 5 serotypes were detected in 19.83% of specimens, anti-CVB4 specific antibodies were also the most frequent type. Taken together, it has been observed that anti-CVB4 serotype antibodies were predominantly measured in these patient serum specimens (78.65%).
