บทคัดย่อ (EN): The objective of this study was to investigate the effect of dietary organic Se supplementation on post-thawed quality of native chicken (Pradu Hang Dam) semen. Twelve native cocks (2 years of age) were randomly assigned to three groups of Se intake (0, 3 or 6 ppm/kg in dietary) for four weeks prior to entering the semen collection. Semen samples were collected and frozen by liquid nitrogen vapor method. After thawing, sperm parameters in term of viability, acrosome integrity, and mitochondrial functionwere evaluated by fluorescent multiple staining using PI,FITC-PNA and JC-1 and were assessed by flow cytometry. The result demonstrated that organic Se supplementation at 6 ppm could improvethepercentage of live sperm with intact acrosome and with intact mitochondria (P<0.05) in chicken frozen semen.
