บทคัดย่อ (EN): This research, we have developed a scrap metal cleaning machine for using in factory workshop, foundry, machinery processing factory or construction site. The design is based on a powerful magnetic force that effectively absorbs small metal pieces, screw & scrap iron which can keep the cleaning of working place and material recycles. The handle is designed based on human engineering that enable to discharge the material easily and convenient. In addition, comparing the cleaning effective between a scrap metal cleaning machine and a sweeper, the result shows that the machine is enable to cleanup a 100 grams of scrap iron with 1 m2 area faster than a sweep for 5.45 s. Moreover, a customer satisfaction surveys shows that 30 customers are satisfied of the machine with level 4. The average cost of the machine Is 1,700 Baht/unit which is cheaper than a commercial magnetic sweeper.
