บทคัดย่อ (EN): ISSR (inter simple sequence repeats) markers have been used as effective tools to identify plant varieties. In this study, in order to develop a more accurate method for clonal identification among ten cultivated rubber clones (Hevea brasiliensis), twenty anchored and non-anchored ISSR primers were screened. Out of these primers, six 3’-anchored primers (i.e. T28, T30, T31, T33, T34 and T38) were found to be reproducible and resulted in clear and polymorphic DNA fragments. A total of 53 ISSR bands with 27 polymorphic bands (49.1%) ranging from 160 - 1800 bp in size were amplified from these ten clones. These clones showed a close genetic relationship and the average similarity genetic coefficient was 0.873. UPGMA cluster analysis based on Dice genetic similarity segregated the studied clones into four clusters. The dendrogram indicated that the distribution of clones in those groups related to the genetic resources and genealogy of the clones. Although the studied clones had close relationship genetic difference among them, as showed by the size and the number of the amplified DNA bands, was quite large. These would be the trusted evidences for the identification among 10 clones by using the combination of these six ISSR primers. The unique ISSR phenotypes found for each clone indicated that ISSR markers could be used for clonal identification of Hevea.
