บทคัดย่อ: 0.63 จากการวิเคราะห์แบบสอบถามสามารถสรุปแนวทางในการพัฒนาตลาดสดทรัพย์สินและ ตลาดสดบ่อบัว คือ ควรทำการตั้งข้อตกลงร่วมกันกับผู้ค้าขายไม่ให้วางของหรือสินค้าบริเวณพื้น ทางเดินรณรงค์ให้ ผู้ค้าขายทำความสะอาดรางระบายน้ำภายในตลาดบริเวณแผงจำหน่ายสินค้าของ ตนเอง จัดวางที่ตั้ง รวบรวมมูลฝอยที่ชัดเจน และสามารถรองรับมูลฝอยได้เพียงพอ รณรงค์ให้แม่ค้า ทำการคัดแยกประเภทมูลฝอยเป็นมูลฝอยทั่วไปออกจากกันก่อนนำไปทิ้ง และการเพิ่มมาตรฐานการ ควบคุมตลาดสดทั้ง 3 ด้าน คือ มาตรฐานด้านกลิ่น มาตรฐานด้านเสียง และมาตรฐานด้านควัน แนวทางในการพัฒนาตลาดนัดคือ ควรทำการพัฒนา ด้านโครงสร้างตามความเหมาะสมของ ขนาดตลาดนัดตามกลุ่ม และด้านสุขาภิบาล ควรเพิ่มเติมการจัดการขยะ การจัดการน้ำเสีย มีที่รวบรวมมูลฝอยที่ชัดเจน และสามารถรองรับมูลฝอยได้เพียงพอ รณรงค์ให้ผู้ค้าขายและผู้มาใช้ บริการ ทำการคัดแยกประเภทมูลฝอย เป็นมูลฝอยทั่วไปออกจากกันก่อนนำไปทิ้ง รณรงค์ให้ ผู้จำหน่ายสินค้าและผู้มาใช้บริการรักษาความสะอาดภายในตัวตลาดนัดรวมถึงห้องส้วม The purpose of this study aimed to investigated the standard of the fresh market and flea market, action plan for development and management of the market , especially in market construction and sanitation. Physical construction and sanitation were investigated in term of waste and water management 1,937 of merchants and customers have been interviewed from fresh market and flea market of Chachoengsao Municipality. The results found that level of satisfaction in The Crown Property market were in moderate, 3.38±

The research led to conclude that the action plan for development market model would be the cooperation agreement of merchants in term of avoid display products on pathways, individual drainage system cleaning campaign, waste separation in container that supported by Municipal of Chachoengsao. In addition, Municipal of Chachoengsao or government should be added the standard of fresh market in term of smoke, noise and odor control. For flea market development action plan, the research led to conclude that flea market need to built the physical construction depended on the size of the market. In Sanitation control should be developed solid waste/water management system, installed container that supported by Municipal of Chachoengsao for solid waste separation. In merchants and customer sector, it should be built campaign for solid waste separation and cleanliness activities for flea market and toilet.
