บทคัดย่อ (EN): The quality of silk products depend on factors of silk yarn, the farmer produced silk yarn by hand reeling was not good follow silk standard and size that could not be use in Economic system in 2019 that why study this research in case study Nakhonchaiburin and Roikaensarasin Provincial Cluster which efficiency test of silk reeling machine such as traditional hand reeling apparatus, Denchai 1 reeling apparatus, reeling machine improved reeling with re-reeling tool, reeling machine improved reeling with re-reeling tool motor type and silk reeling machine two way re-reeling tool. This study with a farmer who had training in course ‘silk reeling or silk yarn standard’ 301 persons. A cocoon Thai cross variety (J108 x Nanglai-Saraburi) 1 kilogram of raw cocoon per person per machine was used for silk reeling. The questionnaire is the main instrument for collecting data in survey research 301 samples study. To study a knowledge and basic knowledge, satisfaction survey to measure the efficiency of testing silk reeling in each machine, problem and suggestion to development of silk yarn production technology. The results of this study showed that most of farmers (64.12), they have knowledge about silk production technology in high level, the answer was correct 13 – 16 questions. The level of knowledge gained from various sources classified as medium level (x = 2.86) respectively, including personal media from Agricultural Research Officer, The Queen Sirikit Department of Sericulture, activities media from a training of government officer, and mass media from document of government officer. The studied of satisfaction survey found that the farmers were satisfied with the result of silk yarn quality test and the efficiency of silk reeling machine in practical with silk reeling machine improved reeling with re-reeling tool motor type in highest level (x = 4.71), the price of silk yarn for sale also high. For the silk reeling process takes only 45 minutes per 1 kilogram of raw cocoon, and produced silk yarn more higher, easies of silk reeling and plying, not complicated, the quality of silk yarn were in standard such as good organized, silk round inform smooth, color and size were balances. The following of next silk reeling machine was silk reeling machine improved reeling with re-reeling tool in high level (x = 3.94), Denchai 1 reeling apparatus in medium level ( = 3.29) traditional hand reeling apparatus in medium (x = 2.92) and silk reeling machine two way re-reeling tool in low level (x = 2.59), the farmer had a problem by using silk reeling machine in medium level (x = 2.99) such as the material of silk reeling machine were broken for examples pulley and engine belt, silk yarn oscillating machine does not oscillated like a diamond cross and missing control of a size silk yarn to made silk yarn balance in whole skein and speed level adjust to increase the efficiency of silk reeling. For the process of silk reeling such as water temperature control, cocoon quantity control and plying followed the standard. The other problem including silk reeling development such as size control machine, wrap yarn machine to reduced the cost of silk fabric production, low price of silk yield unable to negotiate the price with the agent, and lack of funds to buy silk reeling machine. Farmers agree with suggestion and guidelines about silk reeling in high level ( =3.99) including new silk reeling development, material and equipment support, set up size control machine and silk reeling development to produced wrap yarn. This research is used as a guideline for development of technology to produces silk yarn in silk reeling for the quality, standard and sufficient quantity with connect entrepreneurs who need silk yarn and this data able to adapted to the group of sericulture farmers in different area to suitable for production conditions and local context.
