บทคัดย่อ: การศึกษาปริมาณของโลหะหนักในดินและปลาในแม่น้ำบางปะกง จังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา โดยกําหนดจุดสํารวจตั้งแต่จุดเริ่มต้นจนถึงส่วนท้ายของแม่น้ำบางปะกง จํานวน 4 จุดสํารวจ จุดสํารวจที่ 1 ในเขตอําเภอบ้านสร้าง จังหวัดปราจีนบุรี จุดสํารวจที่ 2 อําเภอบางคล้า จุดสํารวจที่ 3 อําเภอเมือง (เขื่อนบางปะกง) และจุดสํารวจที่ 4 อําเภอบ้านโพธิ์ จังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา ในเดือนธันวาคม 2551 มีนาคม และ มิถุนายน 2552 โดยสุ่มเก็บตัวอย่างดิน ปลานิล Oreochromis niloticus (Linnaeus, 1758) และปลากดอุก Nemapteryx nenga (Hamilton, 1822) เพื่อวิเคราะห์ปริมาณโลหะหนักในดิน และในเนื้อปลาทั้งสองชนิด ผลการศึกษาพบว่าดินในแม่น้ำบางปะกงมีเหล็กในปริมาณมากอยู่เดิมตามธรรมชาติของพื้นที่ที่มีน้ำทะเลขึ้นถึงอยู่เป็นประจํา และข้อมูลโลหะหนักในดินสามารถแบ่งได้ 4 กลุ่มตามองค์ประกอบของโลหะหนักในดิน คือกลุ่มข้อมูลบริเวณตอนบนและตอนกลางของแม่น้ำ (จุดสํารวจที่ 1 และ 2) ในเดือนธันวาคม 2551 มีแมงกานีสเป็นองค์ประกอบหลักร้อยละ 53.55 และกลุ่มข้อมูลจากจุดสํารวจที่เขื่อนบางปะกง (จุดสํารวจที่ 3) ในเดือนธันวาคม 2551 มีแมงกานีสเป็นองค์ประกอบหลักร้อยละ 41.13 ต่อมาคือกลุ่มข้อมูลบริเวณตอนกลางจนถึงตอนล่างของแม่น้ำ (จุดสํารวจที่ 2 และ 4) ในเดือน มีนาคม และ มิถุนายน 2552 มีแมงกานีสเป็นองค์ประกอบหลักเพิ่มขึ้นถึงร้อยละ 61.80 ในขณะที่กลุ่มข้อมูลบริเวณตอนล่างของแม่น้ำ (จุดสํารวจที่ 3 และ 4) ในเดือนมีนาคม 2552 มีโครเมี่ยมและ ทองแดง เป็นองค์ประกอบหลักร้อยละ 39.82 และ 38.97 ตามลําดับ แต่โดยภาพรวมของโลหะหนักทั้ง 9 ชนิดมีค่าไม่เกินกว่าค่ามาตรฐานของโลหะหนักในดินธรรมชาติ และปริมาณโลหะหนักในดินไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับปริมาณโลหะหนักในเนื้อปลานิลและปลากดอุก รวมทั้งหอยน้ำจืดและสัตว์หน้าดิน ในขณะที่เนื้อปลานิลและปลากดอุกมีซีลีเนียมสะสมมากเกินกว่าค่ามาตรฐานของ ซีลีเนียมในเนื้อปลาธรรมชาติ ร้อยละ 255.06 และ 198.44 ตามลําดับ ซึ่งอาจมีผลต่อจํานวนประชากรปลาในแม่น้ำบางปะกงและสามารถถ่ายทอดไปสู่ประชาชนผู้บริโภคเนื้อปลาเหล่านี้ได
บทคัดย่อ (EN): The heavy metals in soil and fish in Bangpakong River Chachoengsao province were investigated in December 2008, March and June 2009. Four survey stations along the river were set at site 1: Ban Sang district Parchinburi Province, site 2: Bang Khla district, site 3: Mung district, and site 4: Ban Pho district Chachoengsao Province. Soil and fish (Nile tilapia Oreochromis niloticus (Linnaeus, 1758) and the Sea catfish Nemapteryx nenga (Hamilton, 1822)) were randomly sampling and analyzed for heavy metals concentration. The results showed that iron was found at the highest concentration of heavy metals consisted in soil which is the nature of soil in the tidal flat area. Cluster analysis revealed that the survey stations could be divided into 4 groups according to the composition of heavy metals in the soil. The group of upper and middle sites of the river (sampling site 1 and 2) in December 2008 in which, manganese was the key component of heavy metal (53.55 %); the Bangpakong dam site (sampling site 3) in December 2008, in which manganese was also the key component of heavy metal (41.13 %); the sampling sites between the middle to lower of the river (sampling sites 2 and 4) in March and June 2009, in which manganese was a key component of heavy metal (up to 61.80 %). While the group of the lower river sites (sampling sites 3 and 4) in March 2009, in which chromium and copper were the main components of heavy metal (39.82 and 38.97 %). There was no any heavy metal in the soil that exceeded the standard level of heavy metal allow to be found in natural soil. In addition, there was no correlation between heavy metal in soil and in the whole body of both fish species. Heavy metals contained in soil also did not have any effect on the diversity of freshwater mollusks and benthic fauna. Furthermore, selenium levels in Nile tilapia and Sea catfish were higher than the standard levels. The value was 255.06 and 198.44 percent respectively, which may affect the fish population in the river and transmitted to humans who consume those fish.
