บทคัดย่อ: การวิจัยเชิงบรรยายหาความสัมพันธ์ครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการดูแลเท้าและสภาวะเท้าของผู้เป็นเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2 ในจังหวัดราชบุรีที่มารับบริการที่แผนกผู้ป่วยนอก โรงพยาบาลราชบุรี โรงพยาบาลบ้านโป่ง โรงพยาบาลโพธาราม โรงพยาบาลปากท่อ โรงพยาบาลสวนผึ้ง และโรงพยาบาลบางแพ จำนวน 370 ราย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ประกอบด้วย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการประเมินสภาวะเท้า แบบสัมภาษณ์เกี่ยวกับข้อมูลทั่วไป และแบบสัมภาษณ์เกี่ยวกับการดูแลเท้าของผู้เป็นเบาหวาน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และความสัมพันธ์เชิงอันดับของสเปียร์แมนผลการวิจัยพบว่า1.การรับรู้ประโยชน์ในการดูแลเท้า แรงจูงใจด้านสุขภาพ และประสบการณ์การเกิดแผลที่เท้า มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับพฤติกรรมการดูแลเท้า อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนการรับรู้อุปสรรคต่อการดูแลเท้า มีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบกับพฤติกรรมการดูแลเท้าอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .052.การรับรู้โอกาสเสี่ยงต่อการเกิดแผลที่เท้า การรับรู้ความรุนแรงของการเกิดแผลที่เท้า ระยะเวลาการป่วยเป็นโรคเบาหวาน ระดับน้ำตาลในเลือด ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการดูแลเท้า3.ระยะเวลาการป่วยเป็นโรคเบาหวาน มีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบกับสภาวะเท้า อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนพฤติกรรมการดูแลเท้า มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับสภาวะเท้าอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .054. ประสบการณ์เกิดแผลที่เท้า ระดับน้ำตาลในเลือด ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับสภาวะเท้า จากผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้ บุคลากรสุขภาพควรส่งเสริมให้ผู้เป็นเบาหวานมีพฤติกรรมการดูแลเท้าที่เหมาะสม โดยการส่งเสริมการรับรู้เกี่ยวกับการเกิดแผลที่เท้าและการดูแลเท้า โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่ง การรับรู้ประโยชน์ การรับรู้อุปสรรคและแรงจูงใจด้านสุขภาพ
บทคัดย่อ (EN): The objective of this descriptive correlational research was to study the factors related to foot care behavior and foot conditions of persons with type 2 Diabetes Mellitus in Ratchaburi province. The sample was composed of 370 persons with type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, who attended the medical out patient department and diabetic clinic at Ratchaburi Hospital, Ban Pong Hospital, Potharam Hospital, Pak The Hospital, Suan Phung Hospital and Bang Phae Hospital. Data was collected by mean of the foot conditions assessment instrument, the demographic questionnaire, and diabetic foot care questionnaire. The data was analyzed using percentage, standard deviation, and Spearmen Rank Correlation Coefficient.The results revealed that1.There were positive significant relationship between perceived benefits in foot care, health motivation, experienced of foot ulcer and foot care behavior at the level of .05 While, perceived barriers in foot carewas negative significant with foot care behavior at the level of .052.There were no statistically significant relationship between perceived susceptibility of foot ulcer, perceived severity of foot ulcer, lengthy duration of diabetes, blood sugar level and foot care behavior at the level of .053.There were negative significant relationahip between lengthy duration of diabetes, and foot conditions at the level of .05 While, foot care behavior was positive significant with foot conditions at the level of .054.There were no statistically significant relationship between blood sugar level, experienced of foot ulcer and foot conditionsAccording to the result of this study, health care personnel should promoted appropriate foot care behavior by promoting health perception of foot ulcer and foot care especially perceived benefit and perceived barrier as well as motivation
