บทคัดย่อ (EN): Moringan oleifera meal can be added in the manufacture of processed into feed rations. nutritional content of Moringan oleifera include proteins, fats, carbohydrates etc. Besides that Moringan oleifera also contain antimicrobial and antioxidant. Results of the research in Africa shows that Moringan oleifera contain vitamin C seven times more than oranges, contains four times more calcium than milk protein content in addition to the leaves that can reach 43% when extracted with ethanol. Antioxidants can be used as a prevention against hepatotoxicity through mechanisms to prevent an increase in MDA and decreased growth stimulating hormone (GSH), and prevent increased levels of liver function enzymes (AST/ALT) and damage to the liver structure. Based on the study, the antimicrobial effects when Moringa oleifera can inhibit the activity of pathogenic bacteria and can spur the growth of non-pathogenic bacteria as well as antioxidants, expected performance in broiler production also increased.
