บทคัดย่อ (EN): The purpose of this special problem is to develop the Recommended Mobile System Using Collaborative Filtering Technique. This research aim to extract the information of products from the conversation in the webboard. Later, divided data is implemented via web application using ASP.Net(C#) by applying MS SQL Server 2008R2 as a database management system and gathered from www.pantip.com/cafe for 500 topic which relate to phone for learning Thai segmentations. The satisfaction assessment evaluated means of Likert methodology. Satisfaction data were collected by questionnaire from 2 sample groups, 5 experts and 30 general users. As a result, the mean value and standard deviation of the questionnaire from the expert group are 3.50 and 0.40 respectively. The mean value and standard deviation of the questionnaire from the general user group are 0.35 and 0.70, respectively. In conclusion, users are satisfied with this system and perceive that this system is good.
