บทคัดย่อ: จากการศึกษาเพื่อการออกแบบและพัฒนาวิธีการสร้างสรรค์งานผลิตภัณฑ์จากใบหญ้าแฝกด้วยผ้าไหมไทยนั้น เป็นงานวิจัยที่มุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาถึงความสำคัญของทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ ตามแนวโครงการในพระราชดำริเกี่ยวกับหญ้าแฝกเพื่ออนุรักษ์ดินและน้ำ อีกทั้งยังมีความมุ่งหมายสำคัญเพื่อพัฒนาวิธีการและสร้างสรรค์รูปแบบผลิตภัณฑ์จากใบหญ้าแฝกด้วยด้วยการผสมผสานวัสดุอื่นในท้องถิ่น เช่น ผ้าไหมไทย และสร้างต้นแบบเพื่อนำเสนอเป็นองค์ความรู้ไปสู่การถ่ายทอดแบบบูรณาการให้กับชุมชนหรือผู้ที่มีความสนใจ เพื่อให้สามารถนำมาต่อยอดสร้างงานผลิตภัณฑ์ และผลิตจำหน่ายเป็นรายได้เสริมในครัวเรือนได้ เครื่องมือในการทำวิจัยคือการทบทวนวรรณกรรม ค้นคว้า และนำข้อมูลแนวคิด เนื้อหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ ผลิตภัณฑ์จากใบหญ้าแฝก งานผ้าไหมไทย การลงพื้นที่ชุมชนทำการวิเคราะห์เพื่อให้เกิดเทคนิควิธีการสร้างสรรค์ชิ้นงานในรูปแบบใหม่ รวมถึงแบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ และแบบสังเกต ผลการวิจัยพบว่า จากการศึกษาเทคนิควิธีการสร้างสรรค์ผลงานผลิตภัณฑ์จากใบหญ้าแฝกด้วยวิธีเดิมมาผสมผสานกับเทคนิคทางด้านงานผ้า ทำให้ผลงานผลิตภัณฑ์โดยรวมมีความละเอียดและแปลกใหม่ ต่างไปจากการถักการสานเครื่องใช้แบบเดิม โดยทำการจัดนิทรรศการเพื่อสร้างแรงจูงใจให้ชุมชนเกิดความคิดสร้างสรรค์ต่อยอดเป็นผลงานในรูปแบบใหม่ ซึ่งจะเห็นได้ว่าการรับรู้ทางสุนทรีศาสตร์กับผลงานผลิตภัณฑ์ของผู้เข้าอบรมจะมีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด เนื่องจากการได้สัมผัสกับตัวผลิตภัณฑ์จริง เกิดการรับรู้จากประสบการณ์ซึ่งดีกว่าการชมและถ่ายทอดผ่านสื่ออื่นๆ เกิดองค์ความรู้ช่วยสร้างความเข้าใจเรื่องเพิ่มรายได้จากสิ่งของเหลือใช้ เนื่องจากชุมชนมีใบหญ้าแฝกที่เหลือจากการเก็บเกี่ยวใบทิ้งจากแฝกที่ปลูกเพื่อลดการพังทลายของหน้าดิน และในส่วนของไหมและผ้าไหมที่เหลือจากกระบวนการทอและตัดเย็บเป็นสินค้าในชุมชน ซึ่งการสอนเทคนิควิธีการผสมผสานเทคนิคจากใบแฝกและผ้าไหมทำให้เป็นอีกทางเลือกหนึ่งของชุมชนในการพัฒนาต่อยอดงานผลิตภัณฑ์
บทคัดย่อ (EN): literature review, information seeking and studying, collection of contents and concepts regarding vetiver and vetiver grass product as well as Thai silk work. The initiative theories integrated with fieldwork into content analysis for innovative model and new techniques in production. Recent research has revealed that the combination of traditional vetiver grass product-making techniques and those of new fabric initiative generally resulted in a different fine-looking and innovative product from diverse types of traditional woven products. The vetiver grass products combined with Thai silk have been carried out through exhibitions as well as public lectures to inspire the community to create and expand the innovative vetiver grass product-making further. This study has also shown that the aesthetic perception was the greatest on average value when participants directly experienced the substantial products with their own hands. Their true experience that was more sophisticated than that from other mass media provided learning and understanding how to increase their income from the waste even how to make the products for use in their households. As a result of a mass of cut and dried vetiver initially planted for soil protection and waste of silk fabrics derived from traditional weaving and cutting process, new technique to make products by the combination of vetiver leaves and waste of silk fabrics has been advised to the community for further expansion of vetiver grass production.
