บทคัดย่อ (EN): Cultivation of Hevea brasiliensis, the most important source of natural rubber is being extended to non-traditional regions where drought and warmer temperatures limit its growth and productivity. This warrants identification of clones tolerant to drought conditions in such regions. For this purpose, an attempt was made to identify genes/ factors contribution for stress tolerance in Hevea. Significant up-regulation of NAC transcription factor only in relatively drought tolerant clones like RRIM600. RRII 208 and RRII 430 indicates its strong association with drought tolerance from the Hevea germplasm collection as well as in breeding programmes.
