บทคัดย่อ (EN): In order to illustrate the susceptible response of Heavea brasiliensis infected with Corynespora cassiicola at a transcriptional level, gene expression profiles in Heavea brasiliensis during leaves inoculated with fungal spore suspension were tested using cDNA-AFLP technology. Selective amplifications with 96 primer combinations allowed the visualization of 4800 transcript-derived fragments in infected leaves, and 372 of them were differentially expressed (TDFs 265 induced and 107 repressed). 81 TDFs were cloned and sequenced, of which 61 had known functions through Blast searching the GenBank database. Majority of the latter group had predicted gene products involved metabolism, protein synthesis, signal transduction, disease defense, protein destination and storage, transporters et al. The expressed patterns of 6 representative TDFs were further confirmed by real-time RT-PCR analysis. These differentially expressed genes may involve in the processes of the anti/flu disease and the data of this study confirms the effective in isolation and cloning resistance genes.
