บทคัดย่อ (EN): The effectiveness of public service is about how the governments turn their policy into implement process under the dynamic circumstance. The policy implementation by applying the new public government, the leaders need to focus on the situation of the economic and social needs then following the aspects of public policy implementation for sustainability economy including; fiscal, needs, objectives, inputs, activities, outputs, intermediate outcomes, final outcomes and external and internal environment. However, the leader attitude is the key success factor for administration. They should have an opened mind accepting and learning the new way of management and aim to create the efficiency and effectiveness, build the equality in the allocation of budget and focus on the growth of the country’s economy. © 2017 American Scientific Publishers All rights reserved.
