บทคัดย่อ: โครงการวิจัย การใช้พลังงานหมุนเวียนตามแนวทางเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงในจันทบุรี ได้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสำรวจพื้นที่ชุมชนและศึกษาการใช้พลังงานหมุนเวียนในจันทบุรี และเพื่อฝึกอบรมการใช้พลังงานหมุนเวียนในชุมชนตามแนวทางเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง วิธีการ คือ 1) ศึกษาและสำรวจการใช้พลังงานหมุนเวียน 2) เลือกกลุ่มเป้าหมายและสร้างการมีส่วนร่วม 3) จัดอบรมหรือดูงาน 4) ติดตามและประเมินผลได้ผลสรุปว่า (1) เลือกกลุ่มเป้าหมาย 5 กลุ่ม คือ กลุ่มเผาถ่าน 2 กลุ่ม กลุ่มแปรรูปเกษตร กลุ่มนักศึกษา และกลุ่มนักเรียน (2) จัดอบรม 5 ครั้ง คือ อบรมเรื่องเตาเผาถ่าน แบบถัง 200 ลิตร 2 ครั้ง อบรมเรื่องตู้อบแห่งพลังแสงอาทิตย์ อบรมและดูงานโครงการพลังงาน ทดแทนแบบผสมผสานเกาะจิก และ อบรมเรื่องการใช้พลังงานหมุนเวียนมาผลิตไฟฟ้าและความร้อน จัดอบรมให้ตามความเหมาะสมกับแต่ละกลุ่ม อบรมทั้งหมด 121 คน และได้มอบอุปกรณ์ให้กลุ่มที่ อบรม คือ เตาเผาถ่านแบบถัง 200 ลิตร เตาอั้งโล่ประสิทธิภาพสูง ตู้อบแห่งพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์ และแผงเซลล์แสงอาทิตย์ (3) ประเมินผลการอบรม ในภาพรวมของการอบรมได้ค่าประเมินสูงใน ทุกกลุ่ม (4.19-4.44) แสดงว่าจัดอบรมได้เหมาะกับกลุ่มเป้าหมาย (4) ติดตามผลลัพธ์ กลุ่มเผาถ่าน จะสร้างเตาเผาใหม่มาใช้แทนเตาหลุมแบบดั้งเดิม โดยจะใช้หลักการทํางานของเตาแบบถัง 200 ลิตร ซึ่งประสิทธิภาพสูงกว่าและคุณภาพถ่านดีกว่า จากการส่งเสริมเผยแพร่นี้ มีผลทําให้กลุ่มชุมชนเข้าใจ เรื่องพลังงานหมุนเวียน และให้การสนับสนุนเพิ่มมากขึ้น ข้อเสนอแนะ คือ ควรจะมีการส่งเสริมการ ใช้พลังงานหมุนเวียนให้เหมาะสมกับแต่ละกลุ่มชุมชน จะมีผลให้การใช้งานเป็นไปอย่างยั่งยืน
บทคัดย่อ (EN): This research project was aimed to survey and study for renewable energy consumption in Chanthaburi province and training in renewable energy consumption for sufficiency economy. The procedure : (1) study and survey for renewable energy consumption (2) select the target group and build participating (3) training or site visit (4) follow and evaluate. Concluded. (1) Select 5 target groups were 2 charcoal groups, process agricultural group, under-graduate student group and school student group. (2) Training 5 times, about charcoal oven with 200 litre tank 2 times, about solar dryer, train and site visit hybrid system at kohjik, and about renewable energy to produce electrical and thermal energy, total training 121 persons. Provide them with suitable appliances for particular energy types, charcoal oven with 200 litre tank, high efficiency charcoal stove, solar dryer and solar cell set. (3) Evaluate, about 4.19- 4.44 for all training evaluation, showed that appropriate training for the target groups. (4) The follow up step showed that utilization of their effective equipments in these local areas was in a good condition and it can reduce non-renewable energy consumption. The results obtained from promoting and experimenting renewable energy consumption revealed that people understood and supported this project on renewable energy consumption. The finding of this study leads to suggestion that promoting utilization of renewable energy should be done.
