ชื่อเรื่อง (EN): Productivity increasing of giant water bug in individual system cultured.
บทคัดย่อ: The experiment of giant water bug cultured in individual system by factorial in complete randomize designed with 3 replicates and 6 nymphs per replication were determined in laboratory. The optimum level of chitin-chitosan added in mixed dietary and in water were the experimental objectives. Tadpole feed (control) treatment, chitin-chitosan added in mixed dietary; 0, 10 and 30 milligrams/1 kilogram of dietary and chitin-chitosan added in water; 0, 10 and 20 milliliters/10 liters of water were tested. The results showed non-significant between the average of growth scored of nymphs those fed by chitin-chitosan added in mixed dietary and added in water (p>0.05). But the average of growth scored of nymphs those fed by tadpole were significant different (p<0.05) from fed by every levels of chitin-chitosan added in mixed dietary. And the average of growth scored of nymphs those fed by 0 milligrams/1 kilogram of dietary were significant lower than 10 and 30 milligrams/1 kilogram of dietary (p < 0.05). The average of growth scored of nymphs those fed by tadpole, mixed dietary; 0, 10 and 30 milligrams/1 kilogram of dietary were 57.19 39.04 41.64 and 45.50 respectively. For the average of growth scored of nymphs those added in water by 0 milliliters/10 liters of water was significant lower than 10 and 20 milliliters/10 liters of water (p < 0.05) and the average of growth scored of nymphs were 31.72 46.67 และ 46.85 respectively.
