บทคัดย่อ (EN): The objective of study was to compare on cholesterol level in plasma of crossbred Chicken Pradu-Hangdam MKb.55 (PD) sire and layer chicken dam. The experimental crossbred chicken between PD x Rhode Island Red (R) (PDxR), PD x Barred Plymouth Rock (B) (PDxB), PD x CP Brown (PDxCP), Total samples were 375 birds raised with commercial broiler diet A chicks under CRD experiment with 4 replications containing 25 birds under the same environmental condition. The result reveal that breeds on body weight age at 10 and 12 week was significant (P<0.01). Which, PD had body weight higher than other breed. In addition, breed on cholesterol level of age at 12 week were significant (P<0.05). Which, PD had cholesterol higher than PDxR, PDxB and PDxC amount 131.5±4.19, 118.8±4.23, 117.3±4.19 and 116±4.19 mg% respectively. Including, sex on cholesterol was significant (P<0.10) found that in male had cholesterol higher than female.
