บทคัดย่อ (EN): The purposes of this research were 1) to study the state of inheritance of peasant occupation of peasants’ children in Tungkularonghai area in Roiet province; and 2) to present the guidelines to provide educations promoting the inheritance of peasant occupation. Researcher studied this research using 5 procedures in research methodologies which were 1) documentary reviews; 2) preliminary survey of the state of the inheritance of peasant occupation; 3) cases study of two villages selected focusing on the state of the inheritance of peasant occupation and the guidelines of promoting the inheritance of peasant occupation using semi-structured interviews with peasants’ children, peasants’ family, teachers, government officers, community leaders, and community intellectual; 4) expert group discussion focusing on “The Guidelines of Education Providing in Promoting the Inheritance of Peasant Occupation in Tungkularonghai Area”; 5) in-depth interview with selected expert in agricultural field in order to conclude the guidelines for education to promote the inheritance of peasant occupation in Tungkularonghai area. The samples groups were the peasants’ children between 14 - 25 years old who studied in secondary schools and vocational institutes. The sample groups were the representative of peasants’ children in Kasetwisai district, Roiet province. The instruments for data collection were the questionnaire about the state of inheritance of peasant occupation, the case study guidelines for two selected villages, the guidelines for focused group discussion in the topic of “The Guidelines of Education Providing in Promoting the inheritance of Peasant Occupation in Tungkularonghai Area”, and the interview guide for interviewing the experts in the agriculture field. This research’s survey received 1,982 questionnaires from the peasants’ children, and collected data from 52 the sample groups: peasants’ family, teachers, government officers, community leaders, and community intellect teachers through interviews and group discussion. The data were analyzed through percentages, means, standard deviations, and content analysis for data from the interviews and group discussion on the topic of promoting the inheritance of peasant occupation.
