บทคัดย่อ (EN): Currently, Increasing productivity and agricultural quality in limited areas need to focus on increasing productivity per unit area. Such as the use of combined fertilizer between organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer. Because the organic fertilizer has been fermented until completely decomposed. There are both macronutrients, micronutrients and supplementary nutrients. Can help improve soil structure, Stimulates the work of microbes or small animals in the soil, also friendly to the environment and ecology. In this research, the study on the use of chemical fertilizer, manures and salt pan sidements to increase productivity and quality of mulberry fruit (Morus cf. nigra ‘Chiang Mai’) grown in Chumphon province. By using the area of King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang Prince of Chumphon Campus. Conducted during October 2015 - September 2018, The experimental design was RCB 6 treatments, 4 replications. Consists of 1) No chemical fertilizer 2) Chemical fertilizer formula 15-15-15 rate of 50 kg./rai/year+13-13-21 rate 50 kg/rai/year 3) Chemical fertilizer formula 15-15-15 rate of 50 kg./rai/year + 13-13-21 rate 50 kg./rai/year (put 0-0-60, the mulberry period will turn pink-red, the rate 25 kg./rai) 4) Chemical fertilizer formula 15-15-15 rate of 50 kg./rai/year + 13-13-21 rate 50 kg./rai/year + salt pan sidements 1 kg./tree/year 5) Chemical fertilizer formula 15-15-15 rate of 50 kg./rai/year + 13-13-21 rate 50 kg./rai/year + salt pan sidements 2 kg./tree/year 6) Chemical fertilizer formula 15-15-15 rate of 50 kg./rai/year+13-13-21 rate 50 kg./rai/year+salt pan sidements 3 kg./tree/year. It was found that 6th treatment yielded the growth of mulberry trees. The yield and quality of fruiting mulberry, Chiang Mai variety, were the highest. By Select a complete branch, leaving 5 branches per tree, the yield was forced to be produced twice a year. After the 3rd year of planting, yielding 710.44 kg./rai/ year. And the sweetness of mulberry was as high as 14.06 °Brix. After applying chemical fertilizers, manure and salt pan sidements screed according to various processes. After the third year of planting, the pH of the soil was between 6.0-6.6, the phosphorus nutrient content. And potassium has a higher value as well Soil salinity (Ec 1 : 5) was the highest at 0.019 dS/m. The growth quantity and yield quality of mulberry. It was not different from 5th treatment which yielded 702.44 kg./rai/year. The sweetness of the mulberry fruit was 13.85 °Brix and the soil salinity (Ec 1 : 5) was 0.016 dS/m, which did not lead to salinity. And when calculating the production cost, the 5th treatments has the highest income equal to 50,616 baht/rai/year. Therefore, adding salt in the ratio of 2 kg./tree/year. Together with chemical fertilizers, manure is the appropriate ratio. For growing fruiting mulberry, Chiang Mai variety, to increase yield and quality. And also to reduce production costs and increase income another way.
