บทคัดย่อ: =4.37 และ 4.27, 4.29) ตามลำดับ ส่วนปัญหา อุปสรรคในการจัดการธุรกิจสหกรณ์การเกษตรที่ผู้จัดการธุรกิจ สหกรณ์ประสบพบว่า เงินที่สมาชิกกู้นำไปใช้ไม่ถูกวัตถุประสงค์ เช่นซื้อสิ่งอำนวยความ สะดวกต่าง ๆ เช่น รถยนต์ เป็นปัญหาที่ประสบมากที่สุด รองลงมา สมาชิกที่กู้ไม่ สามารถชำระหนี้คืนได้ตามกำหนด และการอนุมัติการสั่งซื้อในบางครั้งขาดสภาพคล่อง เนื่องจากเงินทุนหมุนเวียนมีไม่เพียงพอ ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทาง สถิติ 0.05 พบว่า 1) ระดับการศึกษาแตกต่างกัน มีศักยภาพในการจัดการธุรกิจสินเชื่อ ของสหกรณ์การเกษตรแตกต่างกัน 2) ประสบการณ์ในการทำงานตำแหน่งผู้จัดการ สหกรณ์แตกต่างกัน มีศักยภาพในการจัดการธุรกิจซื้อของสหกรณ์การเกษตรแตกต่างกัน และ 3) การได้รับการฝึกอบรมการจัดการธุรกิจสหกรณ์การเกษตรแตกต่างกัน มีความ พร้อมในการจัดการธุรกิจสินเชื่อของสหกรณ์การเกษตร และมีศักยภาพในการจัดการ ธุรกิจซื้อของสหกรณ์การเกษตรแตกต่างกัน The research was aimed at studying 1) the factors of readiness and ability in business management of agricultural co-operative managers 2) as well as the problems and obstacles on business management of agricultural co-operative managers and 3) comparison of different readiness in business management of agricultural cooperatives, categorized by general information of agricultural co-operative managers in the central part of Thailand. The instruments for this research were questionnaires, collecting data from 198 agricultural co-operative managers. The statistics used for analysis were SPSS/FW program with frequency distribution, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, T-test and One-way ANOVA (F-test) at the statistical significance of 0.05. (5) This research found that the agricultural co-operative managers were mostly male, aged 48.66 years old, and graduated in Bachelor level. They had their working experience as an agricultural co-operative manager for 11.82 years and mostly attended the training courses about business management of agricultural co-operatives in province co-operative offices in the central part of Thailand. Moreover, the members who borrowed loan could not pay back on due date and purchase order approval sometimes lacked money circulation because of bad cash flow situation. The result of this study at the statistical significance of 0.05 showed that 1) different educational levels caused different ability of business management in credit business of agricultural co-operatives 2) different working experience as an agricultural co-operative manager caused different ability of business management in buying business of agricultural co-operatives and 3) different training courses about business management of agricultural co-operatives that agricultural co-operative managers had attended caused different readiness of credit business management of agricultural cooperatives and different ability of business management in buying business of agricultural co-operatives.
