บทคัดย่อ (EN): The objectives of this research were to identify the elements of group members’ participation based on the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy and to illustrate the underlying factors of group success. Target population were thirty-two members of Moo 1 Lak Song Farm Housewives Group Community Enterprise, Ban Phaeo district, Samut Sakhon province producing aloe vera juice for the main product of group income. This qualitative research employed triangulation to validate and analyze the information. Findings were elements of group members’ participation based on the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy included moderation in planning, implementation, and evaluation of group work; reasonableness in sharing, correctness, and transparency of group responsibilities; self-immunity in saving, profit sharing, and providing stable and secure job for members; well-rounded knowledge in organizing administrative committee members, following the requirements of Food and Drug Standard, and product promotion; virtue in the honesty, perseverance, hard working, and using their intelligence to solve problems. The underlying factors of group success were having various organizations and supports from external groups.
