บทคัดย่อ (EN): The main objective of this study was to explore the need of training in agriculture of network farmers in Huai Hong Khrai Royal Development Study Center, Doisaket District, Chiang Mai Province. The samples in this study were 105 farmers. The research data was collected through interviews schedules of the farmers during August to October 2018. Descriptive statistics include percentage, mean, maximum, minimum, standard deviation and test hypothesis in multiple regression analysis were used to analyze the data. The study indicated that most network farmers are male with an average age of 58.80 years and educated in the primary level. The main occupation career of network farmers are farming for 6.97 years. The average farming labor was 1.92 per house and the farming area of 7.01 Rai. In the previous year (2017), the average income was 67,546.80 Baht and the average debt was 97,590.47 Baht. Most of the farmers received credit from Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives (BAAC). Most of the time, they would communicate with the Agronomist of the development study center. The highest appointment was 4.44 times in 3 months. In addition, the network farmers were demanding new agricultural theory courses emphasizing on the basic knowledge about growing vegetables with the frequency of training 1 time in 3 months by demo method. The network farmers had the need for the staff to provide knowledge, support factors continuously. and Should have promote post-training potential. From hypothesis testing, it was found that duration of being network farmer, number of farming labor and frequency of contacting with staff were statistically significantly positively correlated with the need of training at the level of 0.05. Therefore, the Huai Hong Khrai Royal Development Study Center should be a survey of the training needs of farmers network every year. The focus is on farmers network old age much. and Farmers are duration of network farmer much. Focused approach to learning with practice. Along with a media distribution continued to farmers network. In addition, they should send the staff to follow up after the training continuously.
