การวิจัยครั้งนี้ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาแนวปฏิบัติของ
เครือข่ายปราชญ์ชาวบ้านภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ และเพื่อพัฒนาตัวชี้วัดความสำเร็จต้นแบบเกษตร
พึ่งตนเองและพึ่งพากันเองตามหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ จำนวน 12
ศูนย์เรียนรู้ กลุ่มเป้าหมายประกอบด้วย ปราชญ์ชาวบ้าน ต้นแบบเกษตร และผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้อง ใช้
วิธีการเก็บข้อมูลจากเอกสารและการศึกษาภาคสนามด้วยการสังเกตแบบมีส่วนร่วม สัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก
สนทนากลุ่ม และประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการ ระยะเวลารวม 12 เดือน

This research used qualitative methodology. Aims to study the practice of local
philosophers networks in the Northeast and development of the success indicators of
the model farmers for self-reliance and interdependence according to the Sufficiency
Economy Philosophy in the Northeast. Total 12 learning center. Target groups include
local philosophers, model farmers and stakeholders. The data collection from the
document and field study by participatory observation, in-depth interviews, focus
groups and workshop in the duration of 12 months.
The results of research are as follows:
The practice of local philosophers networks in the Northeast include: adhere
the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy, application of New Theory, adhere the Buddhist
philosophy, doing sufficiency farming, doing delicate farming, self-reliance and
interdependence.
Success indicators of the model farmers for self-reliance and interdependence
according to the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy in the Northeast with seven
components of the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy could be summarized that:
Middle-path there were 10 indicators include: growing plants and raising
animals in diverse species, debt-free life, warm family, doing integrated farming,
reduction of expenses, self-reliance and interdependence, being good models, having
work for all year round, self sufficiency and life planning.

Moderation there were 14 indicators include: planning of land use, self-reliance
and interdependence, building of water resources, toxic-free foods, growing plants and
raising animals in diverse species, owning one's own land for earning a living, warm
family, having heirs, debt-free life, using one's own labor, using organic fertilizers,
conservation of traditions and cultures, amicability and decent environments.
Rationality there were 10 indicators include: growing plants and raising animals
in diverse species, self-understanding-advice-application, planning of land use, doing
integrated farming, being good models, learning through study tours, doing of the New
Theory, building of water resources, knowledge sharing and using organic fertilizers.
Self-immunity there were 17 indicators include: owning one's own land for
earning a living, obtaining morality, building of water resources, toxic-free foods,
knowledge sharing, growing plants and raising animals in diverse species, making
household accounting, having work for all year round, amicability, warm family,
obtaining knowledge and experiences, savings, having heirs, owning stable lodgings,
having faith in one's own career, conservation of forests and conservation of traditions
and cultures.
Conditions on knowledge there were 12 indicators include: growing plants and
raising animals in diverse species, warm family, knowledge sharing, using organic
fertilizers, debt-free life, toxic-free foods, decent environments, being healthy,
reduction of expenses, learning through study tours, self-reliance and interdependence
and making household accounting.
Conditions on morality there were 13 indicators include: diligence and integrity,
being good models, growing plants and raising animals in diverse species, backyard
gardening, debt-free life, doing integrated farming, being proud of what's done, having
enough foods for consumption-contribution-exchange-sales, warm family, knowledge
sharing, keeping away from vices, amicability and having faith in one's own career.
Balance of stability and sustainability there were 13 indicators include: doing
integrated farming, growing plants and raising animals in diverse species, having enough
foods for consumption-contribution-exchange-sales, backyard gardening, diligence and
integrity, warm family, being healthy, being proud of what's done, reduction of
chemicals use, debt-free life, being good models, savings and being free. |
