บทคัดย่อ (EN): An understanding of the rubber situation in Yunnan is vital as it has direct bearing on how the rubber system is driven in Luang Nam Tha. Every factor related to rubber from technical advice, labor, seed supply, bud wood, equipment and other inputs, and, most importantly, rubber markets comes from or is found in China. In addition, both small and large scale rubber contracts are the result of Chinese businesses seeking lucrative opportunities in Laos. Therefore, though the Chinese market will continue to drive demand for rubber, Laos will need to closely follow the production of rubber in China and assess trends in rubber production systems. It may be that Laos is seen by the Chinese as a strategic, albeit small, producer of rubber with abundant land resources, cheap labor, and a more favorable climate. Yet the Lao productive capacity pales in comparison to Thailand or Viet Nam, and technically Laos has yet to reach even the most elementary level of knowledge about rubber. Rubber production seems to be good for long-term income, because rubber is first priority product for Lao PDR and it can be income resource for national economic as well as income for farmers. The importance things we should determine the policy of land use planning for rubber investment to reach the high utilization for politics, socio-economic and environmental. In addition, it is good condition for rubber planting in Lao PDR, because there are rubber markets such as: in northern is China market. Central is Thailand market and
