บทคัดย่อ (EN): Two experiements were conducted in order to clarify the supptementat effect of Schizochytrium limacinum and fish oit on the devetopmentat period, survival rate and stress resistant of blue swimming crab and mud crab larvae. Each experiment consisted of 4 treatments, each with 3 repications in which Zoea 7 and Zoea 2 to crab 2 stage were fed different combinations of enriched rotifer and Aftemio, The first treament O1), rotifers and Aftemio with non enrichment S. limacinum nor fish oit. Treatment 2 O2) both rotifers and Arfem,i: enriched with 5. lrmocrnum. Treatment 3 (T3) rotifers enriched with s. timocinum and Artemio enriched with fish oil. Treatment 4 (T4) non enriched rotifers with S. limacinum and Aftemio enriched with fish oit. The resutts showed that the blue swimming crab and mud crab and post [arvae fed with enriched rotifer and Aftemio ffz, T3 and 14) had better carapace width, body weight and survival rate than those fed with non enriched rotifers and Artemio (T1). ln addition, crab tarvae of both species which were fed with enriched rotifers and Arternlo revea[ed better stress resistance to satinity test at stage Zoea 4, Megalopa and crab 2 and take lesser duration of larval devetopment period compare to those fed with un-enriched rotifers and Attemio. Devetopmental period and suNival rate of T2 was significantty better than those of T3 and T4 (p<0.05), but carapace width, body weight and stress resistance of T2 were not sigfinicantly different (p>0.05) to those of T3 and T4. Besides, the rotifers supptemented with S. Iimocinum showed higher of highty unsaturated fatty acids (HUFA) such as EPA and DHA than those rotifers with no 5. limacinum supptementation. However, Artemr'o contain none of those fatty acids. The HUFA were accumutated in whote body of both swimming crab and mud crab larvae, but the accumutation of DHA was increased onty about 0.02 g /l0O g dry weight.
