บทคัดย่อ (EN): The present study deals with the comparison of twenty five clones tapped in 1/2S d/3, over a period of eight years of tapping, in Guatemala. The aim of this trial is to determine the behaviour of some clones of the series IRCA, PB, PR and RRIM regarding the girth, the yield and the latex biochemistry. The use of the Latex Diagnosis (LD) analysis in Small Scale Clones trials, shows the interest in deeper studies of clones such as IRCA 840, IRCA 331, IRCA 723, PB 330, IRCA 631, IRCA 19 and 109 where the contents of sugars (sucrose) are high and associated with average or high yields in the study. The clone IRCA 317 shows also good productions with important growth, but the LD is less favourable to increase production potential. It will be important to test the clones IRCA 317 (less sugar, less phosphorus), IRCA 19, IRCA 631, IRCA 331, and IRCA 109 (high sugar and phosphorus level) in a Large Scale Clonal Trial using RRIM 600 as a control for comparison. We would verify the behavior of these clones IRCA, monitor the LD equation and select clones with high production potential. The final objective is to select clones adapted to high intensity of stimulation and a reduced Tapping frequency.
