บทคัดย่อ: โครงงานระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อสนับสนุนการแจ้งเหตุไฟป่า กรณีศึกษากรมอุทยานแห่งชาติ สัตว์ป่าและพันธุ์พืช เป็นโครงงานที่ออกแบบมาเพื่อช่วยเพิ่มความถูกต้องและความรวดเร็วในกระบวนการแจ้งเหตุไฟป่า โดยใช้กรมอุทยานแห่งชาติ สัตว์ป่า และพันธุ์พืช เป็นกรณีศึกษา ระบบนี้มีความสามารถในการคำนวณหาตำแหน่งของหน่วยงานภาคสนามภายใต้ความรับผิดชอบของ กรมอุทยานแห่งชาติ สัตว์ป่า และพันธุ์พืช ตำแหน่งของถนน และตำแหน่งของแหล่งน้ำที่อยู่ใกล้เคียงจุดที่เกิดไฟป่า ระบบนี้ยังสามารถคำนวณระยะทางระหว่างจุดที่เกิดไฟป่ากับจุดที่สนใจทั้งหมดที่ค้นหาพร้อมทั้งแสดงหน่วยงานภาคสนามที่รับผิดชอบในเหตุไฟป่านั้นๆ ระบบนี้มีกลุ่มผู้ใช้หลัก 4 กลุ่มด้วยกัน คือ เจ้าหน้าที่ส่วนกลางมีหน้าที่รับแจ้งเหตุและทำการค้นหาพิกัดของพื้นที่ที่สนใจต่างๆ และแจ้งเหตุไปที่หน่วยงานรับผิดชอบ เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามมีหน้าที่แจ้งพิกัดเกิดไฟป่ามาที่ส่วนกลางพร้อมทั้งรับคำสั่งในการควบคุมไฟป่าจากส่วนกลาง ผู้ดูแลระบบมีหน้าที่ในการจัดการข้อมูลทั่วไปรวมถึงข้อมูลผู้ใช้ระบบ เจ้าหน้าที่กลุ่มสุดท้ายคือ ผู้บริหารสามารถดูรายงานต่างๆ เพื่อนำไปบริหารจัดการได้ ระบบนี้เป็นเว็บแอพพลิเคชั่นพัฒนาโดย ภาษา PHP เวอร์ชั่น 5.2.6 โดยใช้ Apache Web Server เวอร์ชั่น 2.2.8 ทำหน้าที่เป็นเว็บเซิร์ฟเวอร์ และ MySQL Database 5.051b เป็นระบบในการจัดการฐานข้อมูล อีกทั้งใช้ วินโดวส์ 2003 Server R2 เป็นระบบปฏิบัติการ
บทคัดย่อ (EN): Information System to Support Forest Fire Notification for Department of National Park, Wildlife and Plant Conservation is a project designed to increase the accuracy and speed of Forest Fire notification process. The project is band on the case study of Department of National Parks, Wildlife and Plant Conservation. It has the capability to calculate locations of fields department under the responsibility of the Department of National Parks, Wildlife and Plant Conservation, the locations of roads, water resource nearby the Forest Fire spot. The system can calculate the distance from the Forest Fire spot to all of the advert locations. It can also show the responsibility area of agencies. There are 4 main users for this system i.e., Central agent, who is incharge of getting the Forest Fire notification and search for the coordinates of the advert locations and then notify the responsible agent for that location. The Field agent, who is incharge of notifying the Forest Fire location to the Central agent and receive tickets from Central agent. System Administrator who manage the all data including user data, And finaly, The directors, who need to look at the reports. This system is a Web Based System developed by using PHP Script Language version 5.2.6 with Apache Web Server version 2.2.8 as a web server and MySQL Database 5.051b as a database management, Program Microsoft Windows 2003 server R2 is used for the operating system.
