บทคัดย่อ: วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาปัญหา อุปสรรค และบริบทของชุมชนในการพัฒนาวิสาหกิจชุมชนสู่ความเป็นธุรกิจอุตสาหกรรมอย่างยั่งยืน กรณีศึกษา กลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนสิ่งทอ จ.ชัยภูมิ 2) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการพัฒนาวิสาหกิจชุมชนสู่ความเป็นธุรกิจอุตสาหกรรมอย่างยั่งยืน กรณีศึกษา กลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนสิ่งทอ จ.ชัยภูมิ 3) เพื่อศึกษากระบวนทัศน์ในการพัฒนาวิสาหกิจชุมชนสู่ความเป็นธุรกิจอุตสาหกรรมอย่างยั่งยืน กรณีศึกษา กลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนสิ่งทอ จ.ชัยภูมิ พื้นที่ในการศึกษาวิจัย คือ กลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนสิ่งทอที่อยู่ในพื้นที่จังหวัดชัยภูมิ การเก็บข้อมูลใช้วิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ได้ใช้วิธีสุ่มแบบเจาะจง เพื่อสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องโดยตรงกับการส่งเสริมวิสาหกิจชุมชนสิ่งทอจังหวัดชัยภูมิ แหล่งข้อมูล คือ (1) สัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกผู้เกี่ยวข้องโดยตรงกับการส่งเสริมวิสาหกิจชุมชนสิ่งทอจำนวน 22 คน (2) เอกสารและทฤษฎีที่เกี่ยวข้อง (3) การสังเกตแบบมีส่วนร่วมและไม่มีส่วนร่วม (4) การจัดเวทีเสวนากลุ่ม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์แบบอุปนัย และนำเสนอผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงพรรณนาตามปรากฏการณ์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ประการแรกพบว่า ปัญหาและอุปสรรคที่พบ คือ 1) ปัญหาด้านการจัดหาวัตถุดิบ 2) ปัญหาด้านเงินทุน 3) ปัญหาด้านแรงงาน 4) ปัญหาด้านการบริหารจัดการ 5) ปัญหาด้านการตลาด โดยพบว่าบริบทของกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนสิ่งทอทั้ง 2 แห่ง ผูกพันอยู่กับวิถีชีวิตการทอผ้าไหม ซึ่งเป็นงานที่สืบสานมาจากบรรพบุรุษ ทำให้สมาชิกของกลุ่มมีฝีมือด้านการทอผ้าไหมดีเป็นพื้นฐาน เมื่อได้มีการรวมกลุ่มกันทำให้ต้องมีการวางรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการกลุ่มอย่างเป็นระบบ โดยทางกลุ่มได้รับการฝึกอบรมจากหน่วยงานภาครัฐ และได้รับการส่งเสริมจากหน่วยงานภาคเอกชนอยู่เป็นประจำอย่างต่อเนื่อง ประการที่สองพบว่า ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการพัฒนากลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนสิ่งทอ จ.ชัยภูมิ สู่ความเป็นธุรกิจอุตสาหกรรมอย่างยั่งยืน คือ 1) กลยุทธ์ขององค์การ 2) โครงสร้างองค์การ 3) ระบบการปฏิบัติงาน 4) บุคลากร 5) ทักษะ ความรู้ ความสามารถ 6) รูปแบบการบริหารจัดการ 7) ค่านิยมร่วม ประการที่สามพบว่า กระบวนทัศน์ในการพัฒนาวิสาหกิจชุมชนสิ่งทอสู่ความเป็นธุรกิจอุตสาหกรรมอย่างยั่งยืน คือ หน่วยงานภาครัฐต้องตระหนัก และให้ความสำคัญกับการรวมกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนของประชาชนในท้องถิ่น มีการวางยุทธศาสตร์และแผนงานที่จะเข้าไปช่วยพัฒนาวิสาหกิจชุมชนสิ่งทออย่างเป็นระบบ ส่วนกลุ่มวิสากิจชุมชนสิ่งทอ จะต้องมีการพัฒนาและปรับปรุงสินค้าของกลุ่มอย่างต่อเนื่อง มีความกระตือรือร้นที่จะต่อยอดสินค้าของกลุ่ม รักษาและควบคุมมาตรฐานฝีมือให้อยู่ในระดับเดียวกัน จัดฝึกอบรมให้เยาวชนในท้องถิ่นเข้ารับการฝึกอบรมการทอผ้าไหมอย่างเป็นประจำและต่อเนื่อง ตลอดจนหาช่องทางการจำหน่ายสินค้าให้เพิ่มมากขึ้น เพื่อทำให้กลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนสิ่งทอสามารถพึ่งพาตนเองได้ และหน่วยงานภาคเอกชน จะต้องให้การสนับสนุน กลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนสิ่งทออย่างต่อเนื่อง ซึ่งหน่วยงานทุกฝ่ายจะต้องประสานความร่วมมือ เพื่อเป้าหมายเดียวกัน คือ มุ่งยกระดับพัฒนากลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนสิ่งทอ จ.ชัยภูมิ สู่ความเป็นธุรกิจอุตสาหกรรมอย่างยั่งยืน
