บทคัดย่อ: การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการจัดการโลจิสติกส์และซัพพลายเชน สำหรับบรรจุภัณฑ์บรรจุน้ำยางข้นเพื่อการขนส่งระหว่างประเทศ เพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการนำมาปรับใช้ได้จริงกับองค์กรธุรกิจส่งออกน้ำยางข้นที่มีการเจริญเติบโตสูงมากในปัจจุบัน โยผู้ศึกษาจะทำการศึกษาทฤษฎี หลักการ และปัจจัยต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ร่วมกับการสังเกตการปฏิบัติงานจริง การสัมภาษณ์ผู้ให้บริการบรรจุภัณฑ์บรรจุน้ำยางข้นและผู้ส่งออกน้ำยางข้น ซึ่งการศึกษาครั้งนี้จะศึกษาทุกกิจกรรมของระบบโลจิสติกส์ ตั้งแต่กิจกรรมการจัดซื้อจัดหา กิจกรรมการผลิต กิจกรรมการกระจายสินค้า จนกระทั่งสินค้าส่งถึงลูกค้าปลาทาง รวมถึงการเปรีบยเทียบต้นทุนที่เปลี่ยนไประหว่างการใช้บรรจุภัณฑ์เดิม คือ ถังสแตนเลส กับนำบรรจุภัณฑ์บรรจุน้ำยางข้นมาใช้ในการขนส่งผลการศึกษา พบว่า การนำบรรจุภัณฑ์บรรจุน้ำยางข้นมาใช้ในการส่งออกน้ำยางข้นกิจกรรมการบรรจุสินค้าและขนถ่ายสินค้ามีการเปลี่ยนแปลงรูปแบบการการดำเนินมากที่สุด ซึ่งทำให้สามารถบรรจุน้ำยางข้นได้เพิ่มขึ้นตู้ละ 5,100 กิโลกรัม สามารถลดต้นทุนค่าบรรจุภัณฑ์ได้ 3,309.20 บาทต่อตัน หรือ 79.80% คิดเป็นเงิน 330,920,000 บาท โยประมาณต่อปีจากการพยากรณ์การขายในปี 2006.
บทคัดย่อ (EN): This research aimed to study the logistics and supply chain management for the concentrated latex flexitainer for international transportation to be used as the directions for actual use growing concentrated latex export business. The researcher studies theories, principals, and involved factors, observed the actual operator sites, and interviewed flexitainer providers. The study covered all logistics activities including procurement, purchasing, production, distribution and transportation to the end users. The costs of using stainless drums which are the previous paking, and the use of flexitaainer for transportations were also compared.The result revealed that in using the flexitainer for international transportation, the packing activity, loading and un loading were more changed than other operation methods, resulting in the capacity of additional 5,100 kilohrams of concerntrated latex in each flexitainer, and in 3,309.20 baht per tonage or 79.80% reduction in packaging coast, with amount to estimated 330,920,000 baht per year, based on the sales forecast of 2006.
