บทคัดย่อ: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาผลการดำเนินงานธุรกิจเกษตรครบวงจรของเกษตรตำบลในภาคตะวันออก และเปรียบเทียบผลการดำเนินงานธุรกิจเกษตรครบวงจรของเกษตรตำบลที่มีวุฒิทางการศึกษาและประสบการณ์ทำงานต่างกันกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้แก่ เกษตรตำบลในภาคตะวันออก 9 จังหวัด จำนวน 185 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม 2 ตอน คือ ตอนที่ 1 เป็นข้อมูลพื้นฐานด้านวุฒิทางการศึกษาและประสบการณ์ทางการทำงาน เป็นแบบสอบถามชนิดสำรวจรายการและตอบในช่องว่าง ตอนที่ 2 เป็นการศึกษาผลการดำเนินงานธุรกิจเกษตรครบวงจรของเกษตรตำบล เป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ จำนวน 60 ข้อ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และใช้ค่า t เป็นสถิติในการทดสอบผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผลการดำเนินงานธุรกิจเกษตรครบวงจรของเกษตรตำบลในภาคตะวันออก ทั้งที่มีวุฒิทางการศึกษาต่ำกว่าปริญญาตรีและปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า และประสบการณ์ทำงานน้อยกว่าหรือเท่ากับ 10 ปี และมากกว่า 10 ปี มีผลการดำเนินงานในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง มี 4 ด้าน คือ ด้านการวางแผน ด้านการบริหารบุคคล ด้านการนำ และด้านการควบคุม ส่วนด้านจัดองค์กรอยู่ระดับมาก และเมื่อนำมาเปรียบเทียบผลการดำเนินงาน ปรากฏว่า เกษตรตำบลที่มีวุฒิทางการศึกษาต่ำกว่าปริญญาตรี และปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า มีผลการดำเนินงานทั้งภาพรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน แต่สำหรับเกษตรตำบลที่มีประสบการณ์น้อยกว่าหรือเท่ากับ 10 ปี และมากกว่า 10 ปี ผลการดำเนินงานในภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน แต่เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านปรากฏว่า มีผลการดำเนินงานด้านการนำและด้านการควบคุมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ส่วนด้านการวางแผน ด้านการจัดองค์กร ด้านการบริหารบุคคลมีผลการดำเนินงานไม่แตกต่างกัน
บทคัดย่อ (EN): The purpose of this research were to study the result of the operation of agricultural business cycle of Kaset Tambols (Village Agricultural Officers) in Eastern Region and to compare the result of the operation according to the officers' educational background and experience.The sample used in this research consisted of 185 Kaset Tambols from nine provinces of Eastern Region. The instrument implemented in collecting the data was a two sectioned questionnaire with the first enquiring the data concerning the officers' educational background and experience and the second concerning the result of the operation of the agricultural business cycle of Kaset Tambols. It was a five-levelled rating scale type with sixty enquiry items. The statistics utilized in analysing the data included arithmatic mean, standard deviation, and t-testAs the result of the study, the result of the operation of the agricultural business cycle of the Kaset Tambols according to the officers' educational background both with the level lower than bachelor's degree and bachelor's degree level of higer and experience of less than ten years or ten years and over in general was found of being at the moderate level. And when it was considered in particular aspects namely planning, personnel management, conduction and control, they were found of being at the moderate level as well. However, as regards the organization arrangement it was found of being at the maximum level. As for the result of the comparsion, the result of the operation of the officers with educational background lower than bachelor's degree level and the ones with bachelor's degree or higher both in general and in particular aspects was found of being indifferent. But for the officers who had had less than ten year experience and the ones with ten year experience or over the result of the operation in general was found of being indifferent. However, when it was considered in particular aspects, in the aspects of conduction and control it was found of being different with statistical significance. As regards the aspects of planning, organization arrangement and personnel management it was found of being indifferent.
