บทคัดย่อ: การศึกษาวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมยเพื่อพัฒนาบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนเรื่องการทดสอบความงอกของเมล็ด ให้ได้ประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน 80/80 และเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนก่อนและหลังการเรียน การพัฒาบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนดำเนินการตามขั้นตอนดังนี้ ศึกษาเบื้องต้น วิเคราะห์เนื้อหา กำหนดจุดประสงค์ วิเคราะห์ผู้เรยน และเขียนดปรแกรม บทเรียนที่ได้พัฒนานำไปทดลองใช้ 2 ครั้ง คือ ทดลองรายบุคคล และการทดลองกลุ่มย่อย เพื่อหาข้อบกพร่องและปรับปรุงแก้ไข บทเรียนที่ได้ปรับปรุงแก้ไขแล้วไปทดสอบหาประสิทธิภาพกับกบุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 30 คน ซึ่งเป็นนิสิตภาควิชาเทคโนโลยีเกษตร คณะเทคโนโลยี มหาวิทยาลัยมหาสารคาม สถิติทีใช้ในการวิเคราะหNข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย t-testจากการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ทำให้ได้บทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนเรื่องการทดสอบความงอกของเมล็ดที่เป็นแบบเสนอเนื้อหาที่ประกอบด้วย ข้อความ รูปภาพ และเสียง ซึ่งมีประสิทธิภาพ 86.36/85.53 และสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ (p<.05) ซึ่งเป็นไปตามสมมติฐานที่กำหนดไว้
บทคัดย่อ (EN): The purposes of this study were to develop an computer-assisted instruction program for testing the seed germination with an expected efficiency equivalent to the standard criterion 80/80, and to compare the academic achievement before and after study. The development of a CAI program was conducted as follows : conduction a need assessment, performing task and content analysis, identifying instructional objectives, conducting a learner analysis, and developing a prototype program. The program wax tested twice with individual students and with a small group of stidents in order to determine the weak points for the improvement of the program. Thirty students of the Dvpartment of Plant Production Technology, Faculty of Technology, Mahasarakham University, were evaluated with the use of the program so that its efficiency could be determined. The percentage, mean and t-test were also used for analyzing the data.Regarding the findings, the developed computer-assisted instruction program for testing the seed germination composed of the following components : text, still pictues, animation graphics and sound established with the efficiency of 86.36/85.53 was obtained the academic achievement from the post-test was significantly higher than that from the pre-test(p<.05), which was approved by the hypethesis as set.
