บทคัดย่อ: การเพิ่มศักยภาพระบบบัญชีของวิสาหกิจชุมชน ในเขตพื้นที่จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช สุกัลยา ปรีชา1 อัญชลี สนดี1 พรรวจี จันทร์นิ่ม1 ชุลินทร์ ทองอำภา1 จตุพร กุมทอง1 เฉลิมเกียรติ ร่างเล็ก1 อารยา แก้วคง1 บทคัดย่อ งานวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาข้อมูลและศักยภาพของระบบบัญชีสำหรับวิสาหกิจชุมชน และ (2) เพื่อสร้างระบบบัญชีวิสาหกิจชุมชนที่มีรูปแบบเหมาะสมกับธุรกิจผลิตสินค้า และ (3)เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อระบบบัญชีวิสาหกิจชุมชน โดยศึกษากลุ่มตัวอย่างวิสาหกิจชุมชนในเขตพื้นที่จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราชที่มีสถานภาพดำเนินงานและผลิตสินค้า OTOP จำนวน 7 แห่ง ได้แก่ กลุ่มวิสาหกิจปลาดุกร้าตำบลท่าซัก, กลุ่มวิสาหกิจแปรรูปผลิตภัณฑ์ใบยางพาราบ้านวังฆ้อง, กลุ่มวิสาหกิจแกะรูปหนังตะลุง, กลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนแม่บ้านเกษตรกรเสาเภาสามัคคี, กลุ่มวิสาหกิจแปรรูปลูกจันทน์เทศบ้านร่อนนา, กลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนกระจูดแปรรูปชะอวด และกลุ่มวิสาหกิจจักสานไม้คลุ้ม วิธีการดำเนินงานวิจัย ประกอบด้วย (1) การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกผู้ทำบัญชี ผู้บริหาร และสมาชิกกลุ่ม เพื่อทราบถึงลักษณะการดำเนินงาน โครงสร้างการบริหารจัดการ และการจัดทำบัญชีของกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชน (2) การประเมินระบบบัญชีของวิสาหกิจชุมชนเพื่อทราบศักยภาพของระบบบัญชีของวิสาหกิจชุมชนที่ใช้ในปัจจุบัน (3) การสร้างระบบบัญชีสำหรับวิสาหกิจชุมชน เพื่อให้ได้รูปแบบของระบบบัญชีที่เหมาะสมกับวิสาหกิจชุมชนผู้ผลิตสินค้า OTOP และ (4) การถ่ายทอดความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบบัญชีวิสาหกิจชุมชนโดยการจัดทำเอกสารและคู่มือระบบบัญชีเพื่อช่วยเพิ่มศักยภาพในการบริหารจัดการด้านการเงินและการบัญชีสำหรับกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชน และ (5) การเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจต่อระบบบัญชีสำหรับวิสาหกิจชุมชนก่อนใช้ระบบบัญชีและหลังใช้ระบบบัญชี และ (6) ปรับปรุงแก้ไข วิเคราะห์ผลและสรุปผลการวิจัย ผลการวิจัย พบว่า กลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนทั้ง 7 แห่ง มีการจดบันทึกข้อมูลทางบัญชีแบบรายรับและรายจ่าย การจัดทำบัญชีและการนำเสนอรายงานทางการเงินไม่เป็นไปตามหลักการบัญชีที่รับรองทั่วไป เนื่องจากผู้ทำบัญชีของกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนไม่มีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับการจัดทำบัญชี ดังนั้นการสร้างระบบบัญชีสำหรับกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนผู้ผลิตสินค้า OTOP จึงเป็นรูปแบบอย่างง่ายที่สามารถจัดทำรายงานทางการเงินและเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการควบคุมภายในได้ โดยมีองค์ประกอบของระบบบัญชี ประกอบด้วย (1) การจัดโครงสร้างองค์กร (2) ผังบัญชี (3) สมุดบัญชี (4) เอกสารทางการบัญชี (5) รายงานทางการเงิน และ (6) ระบบบัญชี สำหรับรูปแบบของระบบบัญชีที่เหมาะสมกับกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนผู้ผลิตสินค้า OTOP แบ่งออกเป็น 7 ระบบ ได้แก่ (1) ระบบบัญชีเงินสด (2) ระบบบัญชีรายได้ (3) ระบบบัญชีต้นทุนการผลิต (4) ระบบบัญชีค่าใช้จ่ายดำเนินงาน (5) ระบบบัญชีสินทรัพย์ถาวร (6) ระบบบัญชีหนี้สิน และ (7) ระบบบัญชีทุน และผลการเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจต่อระบบบัญชีสำหรับวิสาหกิจชุมชนก่อนใช้และหลังใช้ พบว่า ค่าเฉลี่ยรวมเท่ากับ 2.58 และ 3.84 ตามลำดับ กล่าวคือก่อนใช้ระบบบัญชีสำหรับวิสาหกิจชุมชนทางกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนมีระดับความพึงพอใจน้อย แต่เมื่อนำระบบบัญชีใหม่ไปใช้กลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนมีระดับความพึงพอใจมาก โดยระบบบัญชีที่พัฒนาขึ้นนั้นส่งผลให้วิสาหกิจชุมชนมีการแบ่งแยกหน้าที่ผู้รับผิดชอบที่ชัดเจนมากขึ้น มีการควบคุมการรับ-จ่ายเงินที่ดี และมีการจัดทำบัญชีและรายงานทางการเงินได้อย่างถูกต้อง คำสำคัญ : การเพิ่มศักยภาพ ระบบบัญชี วิสาหกิจชุมชน
บทคัดย่อ (EN): Enhancement Potentiality of Accounting System for Small and Micro Enterprises in Nakhon Sri Tammarat Province Sugalya Preecha1 Unchalee Sondee1 Punwajee Junnim1 Chulin Tongumpa1 Jatuphon Kumthong1 Chaloemkiat Ranglek1 Araya Keawkhong1 This research aims (1) to study potentiality of accounting system for small and micro enterprises community, (2) to create accounting system for small and micro enterprises that suitable with manufacturing firms and (3) to compare satisfaction of accounting system of small and micro enterprises community by using seven samples of small and micro enterprises community in Nakhon Sri Tammarat Province that operate and manufacture OTOP products such as Pha-duk ra, Tambol Ta-sak enterprise; processing products of rubber tree leaves, Ban Wang Gong enterprise; carve of Nang-Ta-Lung enterprises; Saophao Samakke’s agricultures enterprise; processing of nutmeg,Ban-Ron-Na enterprise; processing of Kra Jud, Chauat enterprise and wicker work of Mai Khom enterprise. The processing of research include: (1) in-depth interview of bookkeepers, executives and members of group to know management structure and prepare for accounting of small and micro enterprise community,(2) assessing of accounting system for small and micro enterprise community to know potentiality of accounting system for small and micro enterprise community in currently,(3) creation of accounting system for small and micro enterprises community to obtain a model of accounting system that suitable with manufactures of OTOP products (4) transforming of knowledge about accounting system for small and micro enterprises community by preparation documents and manual of accounting system to enhance potentiality of finance and accounting management for small and micro enterprises community (5) comparison of satisfaction in accounting system for small and micro enterprises community before using and after using accounting and (6) revision, analysis and conclusion research. The result indicated that all enterprises had accounting records of receipts and expenditures, preparing accounting and presentation of financial report did not follow by Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) because of bookkeeper of enterprise had not got any fundamental knowledge of accounting. Therefore, creation of accounting system for small and micro enterprises community of manufactures of OTOP products that designs in easily form to prepare financial reports and benefit of internal control. The components of accounting system contain of (1) the organization structure (2) chart of account (3) accounting book (4) accounting documents (5) financial reports and (6) accounting system Model of accounting system that suitable with small and micro enterprises community that manufacture of OTOP products is divided into seven systems such as (1) cash account system (2) revenue account system (3) cost of production account system (4) operation cost account system (5) fixed assets account system (6) liabilities account system and (7) capital account system . Comparison of satisfaction with accounting system for small and micro enterprises community before using and after using found that average mean equal 2.58 and 3.84 respectively. Before using accounting system for small and micro enterprises community provide little satisfaction but when reuse of accounting system provides high satisfaction.
