บทคัดย่อ: การทำน้ำขิงให้เป็นผงสำเร็จรูปนั้นในระดับเทคโนโลยีชาวบ้านจะทำโดยการต้มแล้วเคี้ยวจนน้ำระเหยจนหมด และกลายเป็นผง แล้วนำไปบดเพื่อให้ได้ความละเอียด ซึ่งในการทำสมุนไพรผง(ขิง)นี้จะต้องมีขั้นตอนที่ใช้แรงงานคนในการกวนตลอดเวลาเพื่อให้น้ำสมุนไพรกลายเป็นผงและไม่เกิดการไหม้ซึ่งใช้เวลาในการทำสมุนไพรผงประมาณ 1.5-2 ชั่วโมง ทำให้เกิดความเหนื่อยล้า และใช้เวลานาน ดังนั้นคณะผู้จัดทำโครงการจึงมีความคิดแก้ไขปัญหาต่าง ๆ เหล่านี้ โดยการศึกษาและทำการสร้างเครื่องผลิตสมุนไพรผงสำเร็จรูป เครื่องผลิตสมุนไพรผงสำเร็จรูป เป็นเครื่องที่สามารถบรรจุน้ำสมุนไพรได้ที่ 10 ลิตร การทำงานของเครื่องจะทำการกวนน้ำสมุนไพรจนกลายเป็นผง และติดตั้งชุดควบคุมอุณหภูมิเพื่อให้สามารควบคุมอุณหภูมิได้ จากการสร้างเครื่องผลิตสมุนไพรผงสำเร็จรูปนี้สามารถลดเวลาในการทำสมุนไพรผง(ขิง)ลง 55.55% ลดความเหนื่อยล้า ทำให้ประสิทธิภาพการทำงาน และผลผลิตเพิ่มขึ้น นอกจากนี้ยังสามารถนำเครื่องผลิตสมุนไพรผงสำเร็จรูปนี้ไปประยุกต์ใช้กับการถนอมอาหารแบบอื่น ๆ ได้ เช่น การทำน้ำพริกเผา การทำแยมผลไม้ต่าง ๆ เป็นต้น
บทคัดย่อ (EN): The traditional method of herb juice poweder (instant herb) production by boiling down and grinding has been used or a long time. However, this method has many disadvantages such as, requiring worker to stir it all time and spending processing time for whole process mre than 1.5 hours to 2 hours. These drawbacks make producers or workers fatigue and waste time more than necessary. Thus, the objective of this xtudy are to instruct a machine, herber made dust machine, for solving those problems and then to investigate its efficiency for producing instant herb. In this study, ginger juice is used as specimen for testing the machine operation. This study, ginger juice is used as speciment for testing the machine operation. This machine is controlled to stir herb or ginger juice until it becomes powder at capacity 10 litres. In addition, this machine consists of additional component, temperature regulator, which controls temperature during process. The results shown that this machine can decrease processing time 55.55% from traditional method, decrease fatigue from working, and increase instant herd production. Furthermore, this machine may be appplied to produce other preserved food such as, a sauce of shrimp past and chili as welll as fruit jam.
