บทคัดย่อ: การวิจัย เรื่อง กระบวนการเรียนรู้ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นแบบมีส่วนร่วมตามแนวเศรษฐกิจชุมชน ของกลุ่มอาชีพ ในตำบลโคกโคเฒ่า อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี โดยมี วัตถุประสงค์การวิจัยคือ 1) เพื่อสร้างกระบวนการเรียนรู้ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นแบบมีส่วนร่วมของกลุ่มอาชีพในชุมชนตำบลโคกโคเฒ่า และ 2) เพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพของสมาชิกกลุ่มอาชีพให้มีความสามารถในการบริหารจัดการกลุ่มตาม แนวคิดเศรษฐกิจชุมชน โดยใช้กระบวนการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม และใช้กระบวนการจัดการความรู้ เป็น เครื่องมือในการสืบค้นและสร้างกระบวนการเรียนรู้ของชุมชน ผลจากการวิจัยเป็นดังนี้ 1) การสร้างกระบวนการเรียนรู้ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นแบบมีส่วนร่วมของกลุ่มอาชีพในชุมชน พบว่ามีกลุ่มอาชีพของชุมชน จำนวน 3 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ กลุ่มจักสานกระเป๋า กลุ่มทำขนมไทย และกลุ่มทำ ปุ๋ยอินทรีย์ ในการจัดกระบวนการเรียนรู้เพื่อพัฒนากลุ่มอาชีพ โดยใช้การจัดการความรู้ (KM) เป็น เครื่องมือ ซึ่ง พบว่าประกอบกลุ่มอาชีพในชุมชน ได้ใช้ กระบวนการแสวงหาความรู้ การสร้างความรู้ การถ่ายทอดความรู้ และการใช้ความรู้ แต่ยังขาดการจัดเก็บและการสืบค้นความรู้ นอกจากนี้ กลุ่มอาชีพ มีการวิเคราะห์ศักยภาพของกลุ่ม การวิเคราะห์ปัญหา และการ วิเคราะห์จุดแข็งจุดอ่อน การศึกษาดูงานจากแหล่งเรียนรู้ต้นแบบ โดยมีการกำหนดโจทย์ในการศึกษา ดูงานของชุมชนต้นแบบ ณ แหล่งเรียนรู้ดอนหวาย-ท่าจีน เพื่อศึกษาเรียนรู้แนวทางในการบริหาร จัดการและการดำเนินงานของ กลุ่มอาชีพ การประกอบธุรกิจชุมชน ผลิตภัณฑ์ชุมชนและภูมิปัญญา ท้องถิ่น 2) การพัฒนาศักยภาพของสมาชิกกลุ่มอาชีพให้มีความสามารถในการบริหารจัดการกลุ่มตาม แนวคิดเศรษฐกิจชุมชน ด้วยการถอดบทเรียน จากการศึกษาดูงานของชุมชนต้นแบบ การนำมา พัฒนา กลยุทธ์ของกลุ่มอาชีพตำบลโคกโคเฒ่าให้มีความสามารถในการบริหารจัดการกลุ่มตามแนวคิด เศรษฐกิจชุมชน ออกได้เป็น 3 กลยุทธ์ คือ 1)พัฒนาผู้ผลิต ผู้ประกอบการ และการตลาด ด้วยการ เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพกลุ่มผู้ผลิต และ การส่งเสริมช่องทางการตลาด 2) พัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ของชุมชนด้วย องค์ความรู้ ด้วยการพัฒนาคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์ และการสร้างมูลค่าเพิ่มของผลิตภัณฑ์ และ 3) การ สร้างกระบวนการเรียนรู้และสืบทอดภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น ด้วยการสืบค้น รวบรวม และ เผยแพร่ภูมิ ปัญญาท้องถิ่น The objectives of this research were to: 1) formulate the participatory learning process for local wisdom by occupational groups
บทคัดย่อ (EN): and 2) improve the potential of members in occupational groups enabling them to enhance the group management abilities based on the community economic concept. The subjects of this research were the key informants who had knowledge base in respect with the local wisdom, and utilized the local wisdom at Khok kho thao Sub- district. The key informants involved 5 wisdom experts, 10 community representatives, and 30 members of occupational groups. The research was conducted by the participatory action research approach, and the knowledge management was the tool for searching and formulating the community learning process. The results of this research were as follows: 1) According to the formulation of participatory learning process for local wisdom by occupational groups, there were 3 occupational groups: bag weaving group, Thai dessert group, and organic fertilizer group. In managing the learning process for the development of occupational groups based on knowledge management, the knowledge acquisition, knowledge creation, knowledge transfer, and knowledge use were applied, but this community has not yet had the process of knowledge storage and knowledge identification. In addition, these occupational groups had the group potential evaluation, problem analysis, and SWOT analysis by setting up certain problems when observing the model community at Don Wei-Ta Chin community in order to learn the management and operations of occupational groups, community-based business operation, community products and local wisdom. 2) According to the improvement of potential of members in occupational groups enabling them to enhance the group management abilities based on the community economic concept by way of AAR, The educational observations from the model community may be used to develop the strategies of occupational groups so that it is capable of group management based on the community economic concept. The key strategies include: 1: To develop manufacturers, entrepreneurs and marketing by boosting the effectiveness of manufacturers and marketing promotion activities. 2: To improve the community products by utilizing the knowledge base to improve the product quality, and to add the product value. 3: To formulate the learning process and succeed the local wisdom by identifying, compiling and disseminating such local wisdom.
